Jesse was born in Seoul, South Korea and came to the States when he was 11 years old. During his teenage years, he was raised in Northern Virginia and accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior during his 7th grade Youth Summer Retreat.
He is currently completing his B.A. in Biblical Studies at Lancaster Bible College and is preparing to continue his theological study in seminary. He is serving in the English Ministry as a Pastoral Intern and College Ministry Staff.
His favorite food is donkatsu and chicken wings. In his free time, he enjoys studying theology, drinking a good cup of coffee, and training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He is also a fan of the Green Bay Packers.

Esther Lim

Esther was born and raised in Northern Virginia in a Christian home and came to know the Lord personally in middle school. She was an Art Teacher with Fairfax County Public Schools and then served as a missionary with Youth With A Mission(YWAM) before completing her M.A. in Educational Ministries at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.
She is currently serving as the Education Pastor at SSCC and pursuing a Ph.D in Education Leadership at George Mason University.
Esther is a self-proclaimed foodie and an enthusiastic advocate for ice cream and coffee. She loves to travel and experience new cultures and has visited 20 different countries and counting. And p.s., Pastor David is her brother.
Jeanie Moon

Jeanie was born and raised in Northern Virginia her whole life. Then she went to Korea at age 22 for a different experience. She taught English to kindergarteners for about 7 years and found her life long husband there. She met Jesus at a youth group retreat but deepened her relationship as she stayed in Korea, going on short term missions.
She went to George Mason University and completed her B.A. in Communications. She currently serves as the Pastor for ages 3-5 and serves the children for EM as well.
Her favorite food is sushi/rolls and salad. She enjoys doing yoga and sleeping when she can due to her 2 baby boys that keep her busy!
