Upon arrival, please check-in @ Bethesda Chapel

Church Overnight Parking:
Please make sure to ‘check-in’ your vehicle before departure(Wednesday 2:00PM). The check-in desk for parking will be in the 2nd floor Youth Classroom Area. You must provide your car information and key(or spare) to receive a parking pass(hang on rear view mirror). Unauthorized vehicles can be towed upon the vehicle owner's expense. We have limited parking space, so we suggest you to carpool or use Uber/Lyft, if possible.

Things to Bring

• A Prepared Heart

• a physical copy of the Bible (esv translation recommended)

• Pen

• comfortable clothes, underwear, socks, etc.

  • Total: 3 days worth of clotheS

  • comfortable/winter clothes (cold weather expected)

  • ** Please dress modestly **

• Toiletries (Toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, towels, deodorant, etc)

• Sleeping Bag/LINEN & Pillow

• closed toe shoes/Sneaker

• Water Bottle

• Coffee Mug or thermos

Things NOT to bring

• Expensive/valuable items

• Weapons

• any form of tobacco, drugs, and alcohol

• Anything else that may distract you and others from encountering God

Packing Limit

• 1 Medium-sized Luggage or Bag (about 26” x 18” x 10.75”)

• 1 Small Carrying Bag for Bible/Notebook/Pens

• The church will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items. So, please be aware.

• No cell phone usage during main SESSIONS(WORSHIP SERVICEs).

• Wednesday: PLEASE ARRIVE AT THE RETREAT CENTER by 4:00pM FOR CHECK-IN. come to the bethesda chapel.

  • IF YOU HAVE SIGNED UP FOR riding the CHURCH VAN, WE WILL meet at church by 2:00pm.

  • IF YOU ARE PARKING YOUR VEHICLE AT CHURCH(OVERNIGHT), PLEASE REGISTER YOUR VEHICLE ON wednesDAY BEFORE DEPARTURE(1:30PM) AND RECEIVE A PARKING PASS(TO AVOID TOWING). YOU MUST ALSO TURN IN YOUR KEY, so that our MAINTeNANCE STAFF could repark YOUR CAR for parking lot ARRANGEMENTS AND EMERGENCy. OUR PARKING SPACE IS LIMITED, SO WE SUGGEST CARPOOLING OR UBER/LYFT to come to church.
